Located in the Port Gregory caravan Park in a quiet area. Older caravan with Queen size bed and good mattress, double bunks with only one that has a mattress, and single bed with good mattress .new hard annex made from cool room material with queen size bed in separate area and almost new kitchen, lounge area has TV and aircon, kitchen gas connected, hot/cold water, baby BBQ connected to gas, 4 burner gas cooktop , microwave ,comes furnished and with kitchen sundries, new blinds and screens and lockable windows in some areas, new power points installed recently and hard wired to metre box ,separate metered electricity due monthly when used
Fees for year $6950 and can be payable spread over time with owners approval, owner looks after all mowing, whipper snipping and grounds. Ammenities are always spotless. Yes there are a few ground rules to the park but we feel this ensures security and comfort when we are not there. There is no bathroom with this although there is a small concreted area to put one in if so desired but it is a very short walk to ammenities blocks. The furniture you see in the photos has been replaced with newer models. Only one dog is allowed , no renting out of property and if you have visitors they must be accompanied by the shack owner. Lovely friendly park, only 500 mts to sheltered safe beach reef at doorstep, obviously great fishing. This can be a permanent living location if wanted. There is a takeaway shop with great food and good basic groceries. Close to the Pink lake . Please either message, phone 0429672824 or if in area see park owners and they will direct you to shack to show you around.
